    And we don't just point you in a direction and wish you luck. We do the research — identifying target companies and the specific people worth reaching out to within them. Then we sit with you, walk through it together, and help you build a concrete action plan with the tools and guidance to make your outreach count.

    Finally, we're not career coaches or resume writers, but we'll give you something arguably more valuable — an honest, recruiter's-eye view of how your resume and LinkedIn profile are actually landing, and what's getting in the way.

We use that to sharpen everything: your leadership narrative, your positioning for the specific roles you are interviewing for, and your readiness for the questions you don't see coming.

    When offers come, we're there for that too. We've negotiated hundreds of them — from the other side of the table. You'll know what to push on, what to let go of, and how to walk away with the best possible outcome.

    Some searches simply require a different level of engagement. Our Concierge Advisory provides unlimited access to our team over a three-month period, with support tailored specifically to where you are in the process.

    This includes everything listed above, plus bespoke company research reports, customized interview preparation for specific roles, and real-time advisory support through offer negotiations and final decisions. When a critical conversation is happening tomorrow and you need a sounding board tonight - we are available.
