Kristin Kalscheur Raiford, Principal

I’m a strategic and results-driven executive recruiting business partner with over two decades of experience in high-growth, technology-focused organizations. Most recently, I served as the lead executive recruiting partner for Amazon Ads, IMDb, and Special Projects, advising the SVP and his leadership team. During my tenure supporting Amazon Ads, I managed complex talent strategies supporting over $56 billion in annual ad revenue. I previously led executive recruiting for Amazon’s CFO and his leadership team, and prior to that worked across a high-growth, high-investment portfolio of Amazon businesses acting as a full-cycle leadership leader across a variety of functions.

I have built and led teams, developed innovative sourcing strategies, and trained recruiting peers on best practices. My career is marked by a consistent track record of exceeding hiring goals, reducing external search fees, fostering collaborative relationships with senior executives, and nurturing candidate trust. With a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, I have successfully filled over 150 senior-level roles across diverse functions.
